Construction features
the pump's outlet nozzle is directed upwards, with the inlet placed horizontally on the right side of the drive;
the rotor is supported by SKF or FAG rolling bearings with grease lubrication;
axial forces of the rotor are handled by a specially designed hydraulic thrust bearing;
replaceable sealing rings made of hard-alloy materials are used on both rotating and stationary parts;
high-alloy steels used in the pump construction guarantees corrosion resistance and hydro-abrasive durability;
unification of parts enhances the repairability and interchangeability of pump components;
the optimal rotation speed of the pump rotor is selected to achieve maximum performance, depending on the type of pumped product;
the optimal geometry of the impellers, inlets, and guide vanes, combined with the high purity and quality of cast parts and machined surfaces, ensures pump efficiency of up to 83%;
Fields of application:
Onshore and offshore oil, gas, and gas condensate extraction;
petroleum refining plants;
hydrocarbon storage facilities;
mining industry;
chemical industry;
nuclear and thermal power plants.
